Work process
UX/UI Research and Analysis
In this crucial phase of our UX/UI process, we conducted user interviews, surveys, and analysis to better understand user needs and pain points. We also studied competitor applications and industry trends to gather insights.
Information Architecture
Based on our research findings, we restructured the content of the application, prioritizing features and information according to user needs, which allowed us to create a more logical and user-friendly structure.
Wireframing and Prototyping
We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new design and navigation, then refined them based on feedback. From there we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design in a real environment.
Usability Testing
We ran usability testing with a diverse group of participants to improve the design. Feedback from testing was gathered, and the necessary adjustments were made to the design to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience.
Visual Design and Style Guide
We developed a cohesive visual language for the application, considering brand guidelines, typography, and iconography throughout. We also created a style guide to maintain consistency and a coherent user experience over time.
